For our client, a well-known Brazilian restaurant in Cluj-Napoca, we are recruiting an experienced Churrasqueiro with strong expertise in churrasco barbecue techniques, for an urgent hire.
The role’s main objective is the preparation and execution of churrasco dishes at high quality standards, as well as managing services for large-scale events, contributing directly to the authentic experience offered to guests.

What are we looking for?
Solid experience in churrasco barbecue techniques (preparation and execution);
Previous experience in Brazilian restaurants or similar concepts – an advantage;
Ability to manage services and events of approximately 200 guests;
Strong knowledge of professional meat handling and preparation standards;
Physical stamina, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail;
Good organizational skills and team collaboration;
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong quality orientation;
Availability for a flexible schedule (including weekends), depending on events.

Your responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking meat using traditional churrasco techniques;
Ensuring food quality and presentation in line with restaurant standards;
Efficiently managing workflow during services and events;
Active participation in private and corporate events (up to 200 guests);
Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations;
Close collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams;
Maintaining cleanliness and proper use of work equipment;
Contributing to the authentic Brazilian experience delivered to guests.
